Natalia
Tchistilina,
born in Donetsk, Ukraine. Studied
at the regional House of Native Art, 1971-72, Ukraine.
Continued to study art at the I.L. Makarenko Studios in the House
of Culture, Donetsk, Ukraine, 1973-74. Studied
painting, graphics and art history at Kharkov Artistic Industrial
Institute. Kharkov, Ukraine
1978-83. Conferred the
qualification of artist-designer. Since
1983-92 at Kursk, she has made concepts of monumental decorative
paintings, mosaics, sgraphito. Since
1992-95, Natalia has worked as designer specializing in graphics and as
an independent artist concentrating on painting.
In October 1995, she immigrated to Canada and has worked on
murals as well as paintings exhibiting them in galleries.
Since 1998 she lived with her family in Toronto.
